Biography

Patrick Ciranna is one of France’s most gifted artists. The sale of his work, whether in printed or original form, enjoys phenomenal success worldwide.

His paintings, although seemingly simple, are derived from a technique and understanding developed over nearly 30 years and recently recognised by an international award.

Patrick’s paintings are often emphasised by gorgeously thick brush strokes produced from a ready-made mixture of highly coloured acrylics lovingly spread over a large canvas.

He is able to portray the depth of feeling normally shared not only by young lovers, but also parent and child and even distant figures by the sea.
